We are always open to new technologies and fresh ideas. Our Loop ecosystem welcomes three partner types.

The partner model explained

  • Embedded partners offer a solution that is entirely embedded technically, commercially and operationally in the Offinity solution.
  • Integrated partners provide solutions as part of an Offinity offering, often through co-creation. These solutions may be delivered, hosted, or supported by e-BO and the partner in a mixed operational model.
  • Connected partners are part of the Loop ecosystem, but not of an integrated solution developed by e-BO.

We have a structured, five-step process in place that is the foundation of a strong and lasting partner ecosystem.

  1. Explore
    Together with potential partners, we look for opportunities that align with a shared vision or respond to customer needs. This exploration is rooted in mutual understanding and rigorous evaluation to ensure both parties benefit and contribute meaningfully to the Loop ecosystem.
  2. Qualify
    We work together to assess strategic, functional, and commercial compatibility. Key considerations include alignment with Loop’s ecosystem goals, technical integration capabilities (e.g. APIs), and market potential (e.g. pricing and regional relevance).
  3. Build
    We collaborate on the technical integration, covering APIs, data models, user interfaces, and, where applicable, automated testing and deployment. We ensure that the integration meets high standards through thorough testing and validation, delivering seamless functionality within the Offinity ecosystem.
  4. Launch
    We coordinate with our partner to prepare for a successful market launch, aligning marketing efforts, creating sales tools, and setting up demo environments. Training ensures operational teams can fully support the partner’s solutions, maximizing launch success.
  5. Nurture
    We focus on sustaining the partnership’s success by providing continuous support. We address bug fixes, develop new functionality, and respond to market feedback. Ongoing communication and regular updates ensure the partnership continues to grow and remains a vital part of the Loop ecosystem.
